Headquartered in Bengaluru, Evergreen is spread across an area of 28,000 square feet. Evergreen Metal Works, is now operating with 4 automatic cut-to-length machines and slitting machines. The operation is professionally managed with 4 supervisors in the shop floor. The entire production is systematically monitored by the Manager from the administrative department.
- Innovative and technology-driven manufacturing processes aid in quick turn-around time.
- Our products are manufactured from various grades of Cold Rolled Grain Oriented steel.
- The steel is slit and cut to precision, as required for different sizes of transformers.
- Products are tested for quality compliance, right from procurement of raw materials, and at each step of the manufacturing process.
- The final product is tested in compliance with International Standards or according to the customer’s specific requirement.
- Special care is taken to pack the products in wooden pallets, with cushioning material, to ensure that they reach our customers safely.
- Our commitment does not stop at producing quality products. We take a step further to provide support in executing the project for our customers.
- Our customers include state owned power supply companies and transformer manufacturers in India.
Expansion in progress
Evergreen Metal Works is in the process of expanding its capabilities. We are planning to commence production of Wound Core, Amorphous Core, Core Coil Assembly, and Transformer Assembly. We have been working efficiently behind the scene to ensure that your work goes on, uninterrupted.
